摘要
运用问卷调查法对吉首大学体育教育专业学生术科自主学习现状及影响因素进行调查分析,发现学生自主学习情况欠佳,影响因素主要体现在学生学习目标不明确;身体素质条件有限,课程学习太多,时间太少,场地器材紧缺等方面。提出应提高学生对自主学习的认识,加强身体素质练习,找对学习方法,完善课程设置和考核制度,增强学风与管理制度建设,改善学校场地设施等建议,为体育教育专业培养学生自主学习能力提供理论参考。
Questionnaire is adopted to investigate to the current situations of self-learning in PE technique courses in Jishou University and analyze the factors which influence students' self-learning. Result shows that self-learning is not satisfied, and influence factors mainly include indefinite study goal, limited physical quality, too much courses but little time and insufficient playground and equipment etc.. This thesis proposes to enhance the awareness of self-learning, do more exercise for physical quality improvement, find suitable study method, improve curriculum and evaluation system, strengthen attitude and management system building and improve playground facilities, which provides theoretical suggestions to cultivate students' self-learning ability in PE.
