超低碳钢连铸保护渣发展专利现状分析 被引量:3

摘要 超低碳钢由于碳含量非常低,在其连铸过程中要避免钢液增碳,并且制备保护渣时应主要考虑保护渣的润滑及消耗。结合最新关于超低碳钢连铸保护渣的发明专利申请,分析了用于超低碳钢的连铸保护渣的发展现状,通过对超低碳保护渣组分最新现状研究发现,超低碳保护渣主要有含碳保护渣,无碳的彩色保护渣,控制硼含量的保护渣,控制氟含量的渣、无氟无硼渣,并对这些种类的保护渣达到的效果进行了探讨,为今后企业在超低碳钢保护渣选取和应用提供了一定的基础。 Ultra-low carbon steel has very low carbon content, so it is necessary to avoid carbon increasing of the liquid steel during the continuous casting process, and mold flux preparation should mainly consider the lubrication and consumption of the mold flux. Combined with the latest patent application for invention about the mold flux for continuous casting of ultra low carbon steel, the development situation of mold flux for continuous casting of ultra low carbon steel was analyzed. According to the research on the latest mold flux component, the mold flux of ultra low carbon steel mainly included carbon mold flux, no carbon color mold flux, boron content controlling mold flux, fluorine content controlling mold flux. The effects of these fluxes which could be achieved were discussed. Some basis for the future company in the selection and application of mold flux of ultra low carbon steel were provided.
