儿童肠源性感染诱发脓毒症及多器官功能障碍临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 肠道是人体最大的细菌及内毒素贮存库,这些细菌及毒素在正常情况下并不危害机体健康,但在病理情况下,可通过受损的肠黏膜屏障迁移到肠系膜淋巴组织、淋巴液、血液和肠外组织器官,发生肠源性脓毒症(gutorigin sepsis ,GOS),甚至严重脓毒症、脓毒性休克和多器官功能障碍(衰竭)。小儿胃肠道感染后很容易发生脓毒症、严重脓毒症、脓毒性休克及多器官功能障碍(衰竭)疾病,也是小儿肠源性感染疾病死亡最主要的因素之一。本文根据脓毒症诊断标准[1]对我院收治的肠源性感染脓毒症患儿进行回顾性分析,报告如下。
