乳腺癌新辅助化疗对ER、PR、Her-2、Ki67的影响 被引量:7

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,目前主要有:手术、化疗、内分泌、靶向治疗及放疗。新辅助化疗(neoadjuvantchemotherapy ,NAC )即术前化疗,是乳腺癌治疗的重要组成部分,目前预测新辅助化疗效果的指标包括临床指标(临床分期、淋巴结分期等)和分子指标(免疫组化:ER、PR、Her‐2、Ki67等),ER、PR、Her‐2、Ki67的表达强度有助于确定乳腺癌的临床亚型,对治疗方案的选择、预后、转移及复发风险的评估等有重要意义。然而,新辅助化疗化疗对ER、PR、Her‐2、Ki67是否有影响,免疫组化的改变是否影响肿瘤的分子分型,术后后续治疗方案如何选择等问题仍有争议,为此本研究对新辅助化疗前后乳腺癌组织的 ER、PR、Her‐2、Ki67表达情况进行了分析研究,以探讨新辅助化疗对同一乳腺癌患者免疫组化的影响。
