摘要
采用不同粒径的石灰岩、玄武岩及花岗岩细集料制备了集料-改性乳化沥青胶浆,测试了集料的化学成分、比表面积和表面电荷特性以及胶浆的黏度,分析了集料特性对胶浆黏度的影响规律.结果表明:随着改性乳化沥青的破乳,沥青胶浆的黏度逐渐增大,并趋于稳定;酸性集料胶浆的黏度达到稳定状态所需的时间最短;同种岩性的集料比表面积越大,集料胶浆的初始黏度越大,而胶浆黏度达到稳定所需的时间越短;同等粒径下,集料表面ζ电位值越高,胶浆初始黏度越小,而胶浆黏度达到稳定所需的时间越长;胶浆黏度稳定所需的时间越短,表明乳化沥青破乳越快,即可供施工的时间越短.
Limestone,basalt and granite fine aggregates with different sizes were selected to prepare aggregate-modified emulsified asphalt mortar. The chemical composition,specific surface areas,the surface charges of aggregates and the rotational viscosities of modified-emulsified asphalt mortars were measured. The effect laws of aggregate characteristics on the viscosity of aggregate-modified emulsified asphalt mortar were analyzed. The results showthat the mortar viscosity increases and tends to stabilize during the demulsification of modified emulsified asphalt. The stabilizing time of acidic aggregates mortar is the shortest. For the mortars mixed with the aggregates with the same lithology,the larger the specific surface area of aggregates,the larger the initial viscosity and the shorter the stabilizing time. For the mortars mixed with the aggregates with the same specific surface area,the bigger the ζ potential value on aggregate surface,the smaller the initial viscosity and the longer the stabilizing time. The shorter stabilizing time of mortar viscosity implies a faster demulsification speed of modified emulsified asphalt and the time available for construction would be shorter.
