摘要
基于Pro/Engineer软件对计算机键盘进行三维建模,并对浇口在中心、左侧和全局三个位置成型件的可信度、产生气泡、沉痕、裂痕和填充速度进行仿真和对比分析,研究结果表明,浇注口在全局位置成型参数最优,优化了模具结构,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计质量.
The computer keyboard is 3D modeled based on the Pro/Engineer software, and simulated and contrastive analysis of reliability, bubbles, sink mark,crack and filling speed is carried out at three different positions: the cen- ter, left and overall. The result shows that the moulding parameters is optimal in the overall situation,which optimiz- es the mold structure, shortens the design circle and improves design quality.
