摘要
外派人员是跨国公司员工的一个重要组成部分,而外派人员的跨文化管理也成为研究领域关注的热点。外派人员的跨文化管理不应仅仅关注外派人员的工作表现,更应该关注外派人员如何适应一个新的异国文化,因为跨文化适应程度直接影响到外派员工的工作绩效和外派任务的完成。个人、组织及社会等不同层面的因素都可以是外派人员跨文化适应度的预测指标,如个人性格、文化智商、组织支持、社会支持等,其中个人因素在外派人员跨文化适应过程中所发挥的作用尤其重要。
Sending expatriates is an important part of multinational corporations. Therefore, the management of expa- triates has become topic of many researchers. Researchers have been focusing on the predictive indicators from as- pects such as the individual, organization, society and so on, including the personal personalities, organization sup- port, cultural intelligence, cultural training etc. Based on the summary of previous research on factors influencing of the Cultural Adaptation of expatriates, this paper probes into the functions of personal factors in the Cultural Adapta- tion.
