微通道在输尿管镜行气压弹道碎石术治疗肾结石中的疗效和安全性

Efficacy and safety of Micro channel in ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy treatment in kidney stone

目的研究微通道在输尿管镜行气压弹道碎石术用于治疗肾结石的效果以及其安全性。方法选择2012年1月-2014年1月我院收治的30例肾结石患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各15例。对照组患者行微通道在输尿管镜行气压弹道碎石手术,对照组患者则采用常规方法进行处理,记录并分析相关数据。结果经过两组患者的血尿素氮以及血肌酐的比较得出结论为:观察组比对照组效果更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组患者的腰腹痛、血尿、残留结石以及正常的患者人数的比较可知,观察组的临床效果比对照组的效果更好,两组患者数据比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论微通道在输尿管镜行气压弹道碎石术是治疗肾结石的诸多方法中一种较为有效的、科学的、安全的治疗方法,对于有效治疗肾结石具有非常重要的临床意义。

[ Objective ] To research the efficacy and the safety of micro channels in ureteroscopie pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy. [ Methods ] 30 cases in 2012 January -2014 January according to digital arranged ,and then ,selected 15 eases for the observation group, 15 eases in the control group. For the 15 cases of gallstone patients of the observation group,used the micro channel of ureteroseopic pneumatic lithotripsy for operation ,however,15 patients in control group were treated by routine method. Then, analysed the relevant data and records. [ Results ] After comparing blood urea nitrogen andblood muscle of the two groups of patients ,we knew, the effection of the observation group was better than the control group. And,Compared the lumbar pain, hematuria,residual stones of the two groups of patients,the clinical effect of the observation group was better than control group effect .And, the patients in the two groups of data had significant difference （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] The micro channel is an effective, scientific and safety method in the treatment of renal calculi in ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy,which is very important clinical significance for the effective treatment of renal calculi.
