内外双侧入路和外侧入路进针治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的Meta分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的内外双侧入路和外侧入路进针治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的Meta分析。方法运用计算机进行数据库检索,对内外双侧入路和外侧入路进针治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的随机对照试验(RCTs)和半随机对照试验(CCTs)进行收集,对文献研究所用方法学和数据进行系统评价。结果 Meta分析表明,术前外侧入路组与内外双侧组克氏针固定术后的Baumann角、提携角变化没有显著统计学差异;功能恢复和Flynn等级评估没有显著统计学差异。内外双侧入路尺神经损伤率明显比外侧入路组高;对比两组的针道感染率无显著统计学差异。结论内外双侧入路和外侧入路在术后骨折恢复情况和部位稳定性方面没有显著统计学差异,外侧入路对尺神经的损伤更少,安全性比双侧较高。
