糖尿病足患者实施优质护理效果评价

Evaluation of Implementation of High Quality Nursing Effect of Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的探讨糖尿病足患者优质护理干预效果,为临床护理工作提供参考依据。方法将102例糖尿病足住院患者按治疗的先后顺序随机分为观察组52例、对照组50例。两组患者在进行临床药物治疗的基础上,对照组给予常规护理,观察组全程提供优质护理服务,统计比较两组患者治疗效果及护理服务质量等情况。结果观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者基础护理落实率、陪护率及患者满意度明显好于对照组(P<0.05),患者投诉次数显著减少。结论优质护理能够提高糖尿病足患者的治疗效果,提升护理服务质量,促进医患关系和谐发展。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention of patients with diabetic foot, to provide reference forclinicalnursingwork.Methods 102casesofdiabeticfootpatientsaccordingtotreatmentsequencewererandomlydividedintotheob-servation group of 52 cases, 50 cases in the control group.Two groups of patients based on the clinical drug treatment, the control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group provides the high quality nursing service, statistics and compared two groups of patients with treatment and nursing service quality.Results Observation group was better than the control group （ P〈0.05）;patients in the observation group, the implementation rate of accompanying rate of basic nursing and patients satisfaction were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）, the number of complaints decreased significantly in patients with.Conclusion High quality nursing care can improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot patients, improve the quality of nursing service, and promote the harmonious development of physician-patient relationship.
