康复护理应用与小儿癫痫的效果观察

The Effect of Rehabilitation Therapy in Pediatric Epilepsy

目的：主要探讨小儿癫痫用康复护理治疗的效果和安全性。方法将我院在2013－12～2014－10间收治的67例小儿癫痫患者，将其随机分成康复组34例和常规组33例，常规组按照常规的方法进行治疗，康复组在常规护理的基础上行康复护理，比较癫痫患者治疗效果。结果康复组患者治愈率91．18％，常规组患者治愈率为69．70％，康复组优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。经随访，康复者患者的抑郁程度低于常规组，不良反应的发生率较常规组低。结论康复护理在小儿癫痫患者的治疗中效果显著，值得临床上推广使用。

Objective The main discussion of pediatric epilepsy rehabilitation therapy effect and safety.Methods In our hospital in 2013 December to 2014 October, 67 cases of hospitalized pediatric patients with epilepsy, were randomly divided into rehabilitation group 34 cases and routine group 33 cases, routine group were treated according to the conventional method, on the basis of rehabilitation treat-ment and rehabilitation group in the conventional treatment, compare the treatment effect in patients with epilepsy.Results The patients in rehabilitation group the cure rate was 91.18%in therapy group, the cure rate was 69.70%, the rehabilitation group was better than that of routine group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.During follow-up, patients depression levels were lower than that of conventional group, the incidence rate of adverse reactions compared with group of low.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing effect in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy patients significantly, it is worth using widely in clinic.
