氯沙坦对社区原发性高血压患者血压控制及微量蛋白尿的影响研究

Effects of losartan on blood pressure in patients with community primary hypertension and the influence of microalbuminuria

目的探讨氯沙坦对社区原发性高血压患者血压控制及微量蛋白尿的影响。方法选取2011年1月-2014年7月我院收治的110例社区原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,各55例,研究组给予氯沙坦口服治疗,对照组给予氢氯噻嗪口服治疗,疗程8周,综合比较两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后血压、尿微量白蛋白(m Alb)及β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.4%,高于对照组的83.6%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组SBP、DBP分别为(121.4±4.5)mm Hg、(80.1±6.3)mm Hg,低于对照组的(127.8±5.8)mm Hg、(86.6±7.1)mm Hg(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后m Alb、β2-MG均较治疗前明显降低,研究组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦治疗社区原发性高血压效果确切,可有效降低血压,改善肾脏功能。

[Objective]To investigate effects of losartan on blood pressure in patients with community primary hypertension and the influence of microalbuminuria.[Methods]110 cases of community hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group,each were 55 cases.Research group were treated with losartan oral.Control group were treated with hydrochlorothiazide oral.The total effective rate,changes in blood pressure,urine trace albumin（m Alb） and β2 microglobulin（β2-MG） before and after treatment were compared.[Results]Total effective rate of research group was 96.4%,which was higher than 83.6% of control group（P〈0.05）.SBP,DBP of research group after treatment were（121.4±4.5）mm Hg and（80.1±6.3）mm Hg,which were lower than（127.8±5.8）mm Hg and（86.6±7.1）mm Hg of control group（P〈0.05）.m Alb and β2-MG decreased in two groups,improvement degree of research group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Losartan for community hypertension has exact effect.It can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve kidney function.
