异丙托溴铵氧驱雾化吸入辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期78例疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨研究异丙托溴铵氧驱雾化吸入辅治慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者的治疗效果。方法选择来我院就诊的78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并急性加重期的患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同,将所有患者按随机抽样的方法分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者均给予常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组的常规治疗基础上给予特布他林液、异丙托溴胺液氧驱雾化吸入,观察疗效。结果经过治疗,两组的FEV1、FEV1%、Pa O2均较治疗前明显提高,Pa CO2较治疗前有所下降,并且试验组的通气指标和血气指标改善均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异丙托溴铵氧驱雾化吸入辅治慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的患者疗效明显,值得临床推广。 [Objective]To explore the therapeutic efficacy of ipartropium bromide oxygen atomizing inhalation in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute anabasis. [Methods]78 selected cases of COPD in the acute anabasis were randomly divided into two groups,according to the different treatment methods, which control group received conventional treatment and the treatment group received together conventional treatment and ipratropium bromide oxygen atomizing. After the treatment, assessed the effect. [Results]After treatment, FEV1, FEV1% in the two groups significantly improved, and Pa O2, Pa CO2 decreased. Ventilation index in the treatment group and blood index were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The treatment of together conventional treatment and ipratropium bromide oxygen atomizing can produce better clinical efficacy, and it is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
