剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式的临床探讨

摘要 目的探讨剖宫产术后产妇再次妊娠时分娩的方式选择。方法选取324例剖宫产后再次妊娠的产妇作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,统计再次妊娠的分娩方式。结果 324例产妇中,有162例为阴道试产(VBAC),再次接受剖宫产的产妇(RCS)有119例,非疲痕子宫阴道分娩(VBNC)43例。产妇产后出血量为:VBAC组(138.5±10.2)m L,VBNC组(124.3±9.6)m L,RCS组(312.4±23.9)m L。VBNC组出现新生儿窒息1例,VBAC组有3例,RCS组有7例。结论阴道试产方案是剖宫产后再次妊娠孕妇分娩的首选。只要备足血源,随时急救,就能够保证阴道试产方案的可行性。
