单侧或双侧椎弓根螺钉联合经椎间孔椎间融合术治疗腰椎退行性疾病的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨单侧或双侧椎弓根螺钉联合经椎间孔椎间融合术治疗腰椎退行性疾病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年6月-2014年9月收治的腰椎退行性疾病患者进行抽样,选取64例患者随机分成单侧固定组(单侧椎弓根螺钉联合经椎间孔椎间融合术)、双侧固定组(双侧椎弓根螺钉联合经椎间孔椎间融合术),对比两组临床治疗效果。结果两组末次随访时疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),单侧固定组手术时间、术中失血量及术后住院时间明显低于双侧固定组(P<0.05)。结论单侧或双侧椎弓根螺钉联合经椎间孔椎间融合术治疗腰椎退行性疾病,两者均可获得良好的疗效,但单侧固定组手术风险、手术时间、住院时间及患者住院费用均低于双侧固定组,临床上选择合适的适应证,可进行单侧固定治疗。
