美罗培南治疗呼吸道细菌感染的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of meropenem for treatment of respiratory infections

目的研究分析注射用美罗培南治疗呼吸道细菌感染的临床疗效,为临床预防感染提供依据。方法选取医院2012年6月-2013年2月收治的140例呼吸道细菌感染患者,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组74例和对照组66例,观察组患者给予注射用美罗培南治疗,对照组患者给予头孢呋辛口服治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率、细菌清除率、不良反应发生率,分别为82.4%、96.8%、12.2%,对照组分别为81.8%、94.1%、15.0%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义。结论注射用美罗培南是一种安全有效的治疗呼吸道细菌感染药剂,其疗效、不良反应等与头孢呋辛近似,值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical efficacy of meropenem injection for treatment of bacterial infections of respiratory tract ,so as to provide the basis for clinical prevention of infections .METHODS Totally 140 cases of bacterial respiratory tract infections in Jun .2012 to Feb .2013 were enrolled and divided into the observation group （74 cases） and the control group （66 cases） according to the treatment approaches .The observation group received meropenem injection and the control group received oral cefuroxime . Two groups of patients were compared for clinical efficacy and adverse reactions .RESULTS The total effective rate ,the bacterial clearance rate and the adverse reaction rate was 82 .4% ,96 .8% ,and 12 .2% in the observation group ,81 .8% ,94 .1% ,and 15 .0% in control group ,the difference was not significance .CONCLUSION Meropenem injection is a safe and effective therapeutic agent for respiratory tract infection and worthy of clinical application as its efficacy and adverse reactions are similar to those of conventional cefuroxime .
