国家标准《GB/T 26637—2011镁合金锻件》是对美国标准ASTM B91—2007的修改采用,该标准自发布实施以来受到广大生产企业的广泛关注。本文介绍了该标准的制定背景、主要技术内容以及实施情况,通过分析镁合金锻造的局限性及其对企业生产造成的影响,说明该标准已经不适应现实生产需求,而且该标准所采用的美国标准ASTM B91—2007已经于2012年修订,因此提出需要对该标准进行修订和完善,提升标准的技术水平,以满足行业发展的需求。

The national standard of 《 GB/T 26637-2011 Magnesium-alloy forgings》was formulated on the basis of modifying the Ameri- can standard of ASTM B91-2007, since the standard was carried out, it received extensive attention of the relevant enterprises. The for- mulation background, main technical contents and implementation were introduced. Through the analysis of the limitations of magnesium alloy forging and the effects on the enterprise production, it is found that the standard can not meet the needs of practical production. The American standard of ASTM B91-2007 was revised in 2012. So it is need to revise and improve the standards to promote the technology level of the standard and meet the demand of the development of the industry.
