学龄前儿童应用氟保护漆预防龋病效果分析

Effect Analysis on Fluorine Protector in Preventing Dental Caries of Preschool Children

目的观察氟保护漆在学龄前儿童中预防龋病的应用效果及不良反应,为提高龋病的防治质量提供指导依据。方法将2011年3月至2012年6月收治的126例学龄前龋病患儿,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组均63例。对照组采取普通牙膏进行早晚刷牙,观察组则采取氟保护漆防治龋病,比较两组患儿的预防效果与不良反应情况。结果预防龋齿1年及2年后,观察组的龋牙均数和新增龋牙均数等均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(1年后对比:χ2=2.025、3.884,P=0.045、0.000;2年后对比:χ2=2.469、5.392,P=0.015、0.000)。两组患儿在进行防治龋病2年期间,均未发生头痛、眩晕、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应。结论氟保护漆应用于学龄前儿童的防龋效果明显,可有效地降低学龄前儿童的龋病发生率,对乳牙具有明显保护作用。

Objective To observe the application effects and adverse reactions of fluorine protector in preventing caries for preschool children so as to provide guidance for improving the quality of the prevention and treatment of dental caries. Methods 126 treated cases of preschool children with dental caries from March 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 63 cases for each group. The control group took ordinary toothpaste to brush teeth in the day and night while the treatment group took fluorine protector for prevention and treatment of dental caries. Compared the treatment effect and adverse reactions between two groups. Results After preventing caries for 1 year and 2 years, the mean of new dental caries and dental caries for the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group. comparison：after the difference was statistically significant （1 year：X2=2.025, 3.884, P=0.045, 0.000;2 years：X2=2.469, 5.392, P=0.015, 0.000）. During two years＇ prevention and treatment of dental caries, there were no headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and other adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Fluorine protector has significant effect in preventing dental caries among preschool children. It can effectively reduce the incidence of caries for preschool children and has obvious protective effect on baby teeth.
