儿童铁缺乏症诊断和药物防治研究进展 被引量：1

Research progress of the drugs for iron defi ciency disease prevention and treatment in children

摘要 我国儿童铁缺乏症(ID)和缺铁性贫血(IDA)发病率目前仍处于较高水平。本文在参照相关国际研究进展和中华医学会儿科学分会血液学组近年推荐的《儿童缺铁和缺铁性贫血防治建议》的基础上,结合临床诊治经验,简要归纳儿童ID和IDA的早期诊断和有效防治等临床要点。 The incidence rates of iron deficiency （ID） and iron deficiency anemia （IDA） in children are still at a high number in our country. Based on the international research progress and Chinese Medical Association＇s recommendation combined with author＇s many years experience, this review summarizes clinical main points of early diagnosis, effective prevention and treatment for ID and IDA in children.
