电针刺激听宫穴治疗暴聋临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture stimulation on Tinggong( SI19 ) in the treatment of sudden deafness

目的观察电针刺激听宫穴治疗暴聋的临床疗效。方法将60例暴聋患者,按就诊顺序采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例,观察组采用电针刺激听宫穴治疗,对照组采用静脉滴注舒血宁注射液治疗,1个疗程后观察比较疗效。结果观察组总有效率89.66%,对照组65.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针刺激听宫穴疗效较好,适宜临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of electro-acupuncture stimulation on Tinggong （SI19） in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods 60 cases of patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases each according to the sequence of visit. The observation group was treated with electro-acupuncture on Tinggong （SI19） and the control group treated with Shuxuening Injection Fluid intravenously, and the therapeutic effect was compared after one course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89. 66%, and that of the control group 65.52%, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Electro-acupuncture stimulation on Tinggong （SI19） has good therapeutic effect and it can be clinical promoted for application.
