高速铁路隧道内槽道预留错误解决方案探究

Research on Resolution Scheme for Reservation Errors of Chutes inside Tunnel of High Speed Railway

在隧道施工过程中,存在滑槽遗漏、滑槽型号错误、滑槽扭曲等一系列问题,本文针对这些问题提出了2种槽道预留错误的解决方案,即异形法兰盘技术方案和后植隧道外挂滑槽技术方案,并简单介绍了不同技术的适用范围、安装工艺以及注意事项。通过研究以及实际工程运用经验,本文得到了完整的隧道内槽道预留错误解决方案。

In process of tunnel construction, there are series of problems of missing of slide chutes, errors of slide chute models, deformation of slide chutes etc, the paper raises a resolution scheme for reservation errors of 2 types of chutes i.e. profiled flange technical scheme and post-planted hanging of slide chutes outside of tunnel, and introduces briefly the application scope, installation process and precautions for different technologies. Through study and actual application experiences, the paper has obtained a complete resolution scheme for chute reservation inside of tunnel.
