摘要
根据烟碱在碱性溶液,有机溶液和酸性溶液中的溶解度不同,利用溶剂萃取的方法,对烟碱进行富集工艺研究。获得了适宜的工艺条件:石油醚为萃取剂,p H值为12,石油醚和硫酸烟碱体积比为2:1。利用紫外分光光度计产品的纯度和收率进行了测定,证明得到收率为93.2%,纯度为40.1%的烟碱。利用红外光谱对得到的烟碱与标准品进行了对比分析,证明得到的烟碱未发生变性行为。
According to the nicotine in the alkaline solution,organic solution and the solubility of acid solution,by using the method of solvent extraction, enrichment technology was studied to nicotine.Get the suitable process conditions：petroleum ether as extraction agent,pH value of 12,petroleum ether and nicotine sulfate volume ratio of 2：1.Using ultraviolet spectrophotometer the purity and yield of product was determined,and prove that get the yield was 93.2%,the purity of 40.1% of the nicotine.Using infrared spectrum to get nicotine and compares the standard analysis,prove that the nicotine not transsexual behaviour.
