摘要
微细切削加工制造是复杂结构特征微加工的研究趋势,其在航空航天、医疗等精密加工领域有着广泛的应用前景。为加深对于微细铣削加工机理及微细切削加工过程中可能存在的影响制造件质量因素的研究,依据课题研究需求针对多孔钛合金材料进行微细切削加工实验,实验使用单因素控制法对不同加工的因素调整获得对应实验数据。深入理解微细铣削加工机理的本质,采用二次回归法研究各因素变化对切削力和温度的影响,从而总结出在微细切削加工过程中各切削参数对切削力和温度的影响,旨在为微细加工时各因数加工控制提出指导。
The research trend of complicated structure feature of micro processing is the micro-machining. It has a wide application in the fields of aerospace ,medical and other areas. In order to deepen the research on the micro-machining ,this paper studies the possible impact of manufacturing quality factors and micro-cutting process. According to the requirement , alloy materials of porous titanium are used in the experiments of micro-cutting. Single factor control method is used to obtain the experimental data by adjusting the factors of different processing. For understanding the essence of micro-milling mechanism,we studied the influence of factor changes on the cutting force and temperature by quadratic regression ,the effects of the cutting parameters on cutting force and temperature in micro-cutting process are summed up to provide reference for micro-machining.
