摘要
根据全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛要求对无碳小车进行了整体设计,采用偏心轮机构作为其转向机构,实现小车的周期性自动转向,通过P ro/E建立小车整体三维模型,结合A D A M S的虚拟样机技术,对小车的运动进行了仿真分析,对比仿真轨迹和理论轨迹之间的差异,对设计参数进行了修正,使的仿真轨迹与理论轨迹二者一致,说明了本设计的合理性。
According to the requirements of National Undergraduate Engineering Training Integration Ability Competition , The whole design of carbon-free car is finished. The eccentric gear being the steering mechanism is used to enforce the automatic steering periodically. The Pro/E soft is used to build the whole model ,and with the virtual prototype of ADAMS soft the dynamic simulation is finished. In order to consist with the result of simulation and theory, the design parameters are amended by contrasting the difference between them. Finally, the design is proved correct.
