摘要
数控车削螺纹是数控加工中较难操作的部分。文中介绍了内、外螺纹车削指令G32、G92和G76的指令用法,区别不同指令的选用情况,分析了内、外螺纹编程尺寸的计算方法,以实例讲解编程指令在内、外螺纹编程中的运用技巧,提高编程效率。
The cutting part of the operation is more difficult in NC machining. This paper introduces the usage of thread turning command G32,G92 and G76.To choose a different instruction,the method of calculating internal and external thread programming size is analyzed. Examples is used to explain the programming instructions, including external thread programming skills to improve the efficiency of programming.
