摘要
首先滚齿加工出直齿面齿轮,然后进行试验台的搭建。通过变频器调节电动机的频率,用声级计测出不同频率下的最大噪声,绘出频率与最大噪声的曲线图,并对其进行分析。
This paper firstly applies hobbing to machine straight tooth face gear ,and then builds the test bench. By adjusting the frequency of the motor ,a sound level meter is used to measure the maximum noise under different frequencies. The curve of frequency and maximum noise is drawn and analyzed.
