摘要
在简单介绍不压井修井机井口设备系统的基础上,将系统分成液压部分和电气部分分别进行了介绍。叙述了各部分的技术要求,给出了技术方案,说明各执行元件的控制过程并讨论系统研制难点,如比例变量泵防爆处理、井口监控要求等问题。该设备投入使用后,运行良好、使用方便,能够较好地完成修井任务。
This paper introduces the hydraulic system of live well workover rig, which is divided into two parts ,namely the hydraulic system and the electric system. According to the technical solutions of each part ,control processes of each components are given. The problems such as the anti-explosion electro-hydraulic proportional pump and rig monitoring are discussed. The removability of the hydraulic system is very well ,structure is reasonable and can complete the mission.
