为了降低操作人员的劳动强度,提高轴承压装的效率和稳定性,提高企业的自动化水平,研制了一种新型悬挂式伺服压装机。文中介绍了新型悬挂式伺服压装机的组成,阐述其工作原理和主要部件结构设计。新型悬挂式伺服压装机采用P LC控制系统,协调各执行机构的动作;操作方便、控制灵活,能够满足企业的生产要求。

To improve the efficiency and stability of the press-fit of bearing ,this paper designs a new suspended servo press-fit equipment. The composition of the new suspended servo press-fit equipment is described ,its working principle and overall mechanical design are elaborated.The equipment control system that adopts the PLC controller can coordinate the logic dependency among the execution component of each mechanism . Practices show that the equipment has the advantages of convenient operation,flexible control and can meet the production.
