参附保心汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭50例

Clinical effect of combined therapy of Shenfu Baoxin decoction and western medicine for the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的:探讨参附保心汤联合西药对慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法:将符合入选要求的100例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上应用参附保心汤,治疗20d后比较疗效及治疗前后血浆BNP情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%,对照组为76.0%,两组差异显著;治疗后血浆BNP值降低,且治疗组水平较对照组下降更为显著。结论:中西医治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效确切,能有效降低血浆BNP水平。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combined therapy of Shenfu Baoxin decoction and western medicine for the treatment of chronic heart failure .Methods：100 patients with chronic heart failure were divided randomly into treatment group （50 cases）and control group（50 cases） .Recipe‐self Shenfu Baoxin decoction in the base of the con‐ventional treatment of western were used in treatment group while for the control group was to take the normal one .10d were a full treatment course and therapeutic of both groups were observed after two treatment courses ,and the plasma BNP was observed after two treatment courses .Results：The total effective rate of treatment group（94 .0% ） was signifi‐cantly superior to that of control group（76 .0% ） ,and the plasma BNP lowerd .The improvement in treatment group was superior to that of control group and there was statistical significance between the two groups .Conclusion：The clinical effect of combined therapy of Shenfu Baoxin decoction and western medicine for the treatment of chronic heart failure has curative effect and more significant decrease of plasma BNP level .
