穴位贴敷联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病肥胖32例

The effect of point-application combination with Liraglutide on 32 cases with type 2 diabetes

目的:观察中药贴敷联合利拉鲁肽对于2型糖尿病肥胖者腹围减少及生化改善的临床效果。方法:将我院确诊的70例患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例,对照组38例。对照组采用二甲双胍片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药穴位贴敷联合利拉鲁肽治疗,2个月后观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组体质指标及部分生化指标均得到改善,且治疗组优于对照组。结论:中药贴敷联合利拉鲁肽能有效减少2型糖尿病肥胖腰围,改善临床表现。

Objective：To observe the effect of point‐application combination with liraglutide on waist circumfer‐ence and biochemical indicators of patients with obese type 2 diabetes .Methods ：70 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabe‐tes were selected in this research .They were divided into two groups randomly .38 patients in control group were treated with metformin ,the others in experimental group were treated with sticking combination with liraglutide besides met‐formin .Both groups were treated by a course of two months .Results ：All physical fitness indices selected and part of bi‐ochemical indicators of patients in both groups improved ,and it had a better result in the experiment group .Conclusion ：Sticking combination with liraglutide treatment in obese type 2 diabetes significantly reduce waist circumference ,and can improve the metabolic status of patients which can improve clinical outcomes .
