“入院须知”存在问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures for the Admission Notice

目的为了研究当前医疗机构使用的"入院须知"文件存在问题,探讨解决问题的办法。方法通过医疗机构、公开出版物以及其他渠道收集了27份"入院须知"文件并进行分析。结果发现这些文件存在编辑版式、修订、实施和内容等方面的问题,尤其是在文本内容上,篇幅和条目差别大,包括患者作息时间、陪护人员要求、贵重物品、擅自外出、用水用电安全、独立卫生间防滑、探视时间及探视人要求、服从医护人员管理、不得妨碍和影响其他患者等在内的重要内容缺乏。结论强化医务人员对"入院须知"重要性的认识,整理和定期修订"入院须知"文本,以"入院须知"作为医务人员与患者谈话的"提纲",妥善保管"入院须知"文件。

Objective In order to research on the problems existing in current medical institutions to use＂admission notice＂ document, to explore solutions for the problem. Methods Through the medical institutions, publications and other channels to collect 27 copies of ＂admission notice＂ documents and analyzed. Results We find some problems from edit format, revision, implement, and content, particularly in the text content. The length and the entry have big differences, including patients with rest time, accompanying personnel requirements, valuables, go out without authorization, water and electricity safety, independent bathroom antiskid, visiting time and visiting people requirements, obey the medical personnel management, not be allowed to hinder and affect other patients and so on. Conclusions To strengthen the importance understanding of the medical staff to ＂admission notice＂, collate and regularly revise ＂admission notice＂ , and safekeep admission notice document.
