摘要
作为骨科领域的亚专科和重要组成部分之一,关节外科领域近十几年来的迅速发展和巨大的学科变化对教育质量和教学模式提出了更高的要求。随着关节外科专业程度的不断深化,其专业教育除了秉承大骨科传统的病史采集、临床查体、病例分析讨论等基础项目外,还应该体现个体化和专业化,充分重视临床物理检查,并基于问题展开教学。关节外科特殊检查法和特殊体位影像知识的传授、计算机仿真技术在教学中的优势以及学生独立思考能力的启发引导,可以作为一种改革尝试和发展创新应用于教学。本文着重从上述几方面对教学模式改进与发展中的问题进行浅析探讨。
As a subspeciality and important constituent part of orthopedic area, the joint surgery owns many teaching contents and methods in accordance with that in orthopedics. At the same time the rapid development and tremendous change of joint surgery requires higher educational quality and better teaching model. Besides inheriting history-taking, clinical examination and case analysis which are traditional items in orthopedic teaching, individuation, professionalization, and problem-based learning should be emphasized in the joint surgery. Special clinical examination and body position images, the computer simulation technology and independent thinking by students can be advocated as attempt and innovation in the teaching. In this article we want to discuss the content mentioned above in the aspect of improvement and development of teaching model, in order to promote teaching quality of clinical practice in the joint surgery.
