腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎治疗小儿腹股沟疝体会

Experience of laparoscopic hernial sac high ligation in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia

目的分析使用腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法 68例腹股沟疝患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组使用传统疝囊高位结扎,观察组使用腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎。针对两组治疗过程和术后并发症以及复发病例进行对比分析。结果对照组手术时间、恢复时间较观察组长,手术过程中切口较观察组大,观察组术后并发症发病率、复发率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎与传统疝囊结扎相比,造成的伤口更小,愈合时间更短,术后疼痛的患儿极少,操作简单,并发症的情况很少出现,临床治疗效果更好,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect by laparoscopic hernial sac high ligation in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 68 children with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received traditional hernial sac high ligation, and the observation group received laparoscopic hernial sac high ligation. Comparative analysis was made on treatment process, postoperative complications and relapse cases of the two groups. Results The control group had longer operation time and recovery time, and larger incision during operation than the observation group. The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications and relapse rate than the control group. The differences between the two groups all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional hernial sac high ligation, laparoscopic hernial sac high ligation has smaller incision, shorter healing time and less postoperative pain. This method is easily operational with few complications and good clinical effect, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
