摘要
我国退休年龄政策的调整目前正处于前期调研阶段,研究基本养老保险制度对职工退休选择的影响于当下无疑具有较大的现实意义。本文基于我国基本养老保险制度的历史演进,对我国非正常退休现象进行了理论分析,指出具有福利性质的视同缴费年限和过渡性养老金支付是"中人"与"老人"提前退休行为的刺激因素。对于"新人",本文在基本养老保险制度框架下构建养老金支付模型,通过数值模拟得出结论,指出基本养老保险制度对"新人"退休选择的影响不一致,不同群体基于自身其他因素考虑可能做出不同的选择。
Nowadays, our country is at an early investigation stage of retirement age policy adjustment, the research on the impact of basic endowment insurance system on retirement option certainly has a great practical significance. This paper firstly analyses the abnormal retirement phenomenon based on the historical evolution of basic endowment insurance system , and then points out that the given life of payment and the transitional pension may motivate "mid-man" and "old-man" to retire in advance. For "new- man", to constructs a pension payment model under the framework of basic endowment insurance system. Through the data simulation, the paper concludes that the impact of basic endowment insurance system on retirement option is inconsistent, the different groups may make a different choice.
