医院中药质量状况分析与建议

Analysis and recommendations on quality of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:对医院中药质量参差不齐的原因进行分析并提出建议。方法:以武汉市中医医院药学工作中遇到的中药质量问题为例,分析影响医院中药质量的原因,并提出相应的解决办法。结果:中药入库验收环节、中药临方炮制以及中药储存、养护环节等直接影响着医院中药质量,医院药学部门应对上述环节进行严格的管理。结论:医院药材质量的好坏与医院药学管理制度和重视程度有着紧密的联系。

OBJECTIVE To analyze causes of uneven quality of traditional Chinese medicine in Wuhan Hospital of Tradition-al Chinese Medicine and to propose recommendations. METHODS By taking quality problems in Wuhan Hospital of Tradition- al Chinese Medicine as an example, causes of effects on quality of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed and corresponding solutions were proposed. RIESIJLTS Factors, such as tests before storage, warehousing inspection, conservation and other as- pects, have direct impacts on quality of hospital medicine. Therefore, pharmacy departments must adopt strict management for the above-mentioned aspects. CONCLUSION Quality of medicine is closely correlated with pharmacy management system in the hospital.
