左心衰竭介入治疗的热点——经导管心室隔离成形术 被引量：1

摘要 冠心病导致的心力衰竭(心衰)尤其是合并心尖部扩张或室壁瘤形成的患者远期预后差,是目前治疗的热点及难点。经皮介入心室成形术(percutaneous ventricular restoration,PVR),或称经导管心室隔离成形术(transcatheter ventricular partitioning restoration,TVPR)是一项经导管将"伞样心室隔离装置"(parachuteR ventricular partitioning device,PVPD)置入心衰患者伴有扩张膨出甚或室壁瘤形成的心尖部,使心室减容和心尖部成形的新技术。现有国内外研究已初步证实该技术的有效性和安全性,同时亦应注意防范相关风险。
