心脏震波联合干细胞治疗在心血管领域的运用展望 被引量:1

摘要 目前心血管疾病在全球疾病负担中居首位,仍须不断探索新而有效的治疗靶点和方法。干细胞在心血管疾病的应用就是一个既有进展又面临困难的新兴领域。随着对干细胞作用机制的不断探索,旁分泌概念被提出,更加强调了在干细胞治疗过程中,核心机制是形成一个有利于干细胞归巢、激活、增殖、分化的心肌微环境。心肌基质细胞衍生因子(SDF)、CXC趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等可能是这个微环境中的重要成分。另一方面已证实,心脏震波治疗具有促进血管生成等作用,而这些作用的机理正是基于心脏震波治疗上调了SDF、CXCR4、VEGF的表达。一些初期的实验研究也证实了心脏震波治疗可以促进干细胞在心脏的归巢和分化。因此心脏震波治疗同干细胞联合运用于心血管疾病将会是一个极具吸引力的研究方向。
