童年创伤与精神分裂症症状类型的相关性 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨童年创伤对精神分裂症的症状类型的影响,为寻找预防和治疗精神分裂症的方法提供依据。方法采用回顾性病例-对照研究的方法,共纳入105例在精神病科住院的首发精神分裂症患者和99例正常对照组。以儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ-SF)调查两组人群的童年创伤事件;使用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定精神分裂症患者的症状类型。结果首发精神分裂症患者CTQ-SF总分[(38.94±10.02)分]明显高于对照组[(29.31±5.09)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。首发精神分裂症患者各因子分[M(QR),情感虐待6(3)分、躯体虐待5(1)分、性虐待5(2)分、情感忽视9(8)分和躯体忽视7(4)分]明显高于对照组[情感虐待5(0)分、躯体虐待5(0)分、性虐待5(0)分、情感忽视5(4)分和躯体忽视5(1)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性虐待和阳性量表分及偏执好斗症状均呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(r值分别为0.347和0.425,P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者生命早期可能经历了更多的创伤性生活事件,经历过性虐待的患者则可能更易出现阳性症状。
