摘要 本文简述了诊断淋巴结疾病的3种超声弹性成像技术:实时弹性成像、声辐射脉冲力弹性成像、剪切波弹性成像,旨在将3种超声弹性成像技术作比较,总结各类技术的长处及不足,归纳其对淋巴结疾病的诊断价值及应用前景。 This paper briefly introduced three kinds of elastosonography techniques used for diagnosis of lymphatic node diseases, including real-time elastography, ARFI (Acoustic Radiation Force Impulse) and shear wave elastography, which was aimed to compare the three techniques and summarize relevant technical strengths and weaknesses. Meanwhile, its effectiveness and application prospect in diagnosis of lymphatic node diseases were summarized.
