Medical Equipment Procurement Management System under the Full-Life Cycle Management Mode

本文结合我院实际,探讨如何在全生命周期管理模式下建立一个标准化、程序化的医疗设备购置管理体系,以达到充分利用医疗资源、避免医疗设备的不合理配备、提高医疗设备使用率的目的和效果。

In combination with the status quo of the hospital, this paper discussed how to establish a standardized and procedurized medical equipment procurement management system under the full-life cycle management mode, so as to make the best use of medical resources, avoid irrational allocation of medical equipment and improve the utilization rate.
