阴道冲洗联合外用抗菌离子膜喷雾剂对宫颈癌腔内放疗的临床应用

Clinical application of cervical carcinoma brachytherapy with vaginal douching and topical antibacterial ion membrane spray

目的：探讨阴道冲洗联合外用抗菌离子膜喷雾剂对宫颈癌腔内放疗的临床应用。方法：对30例需要进行宫颈癌腔内放疗的患者行阴道冲洗后使用抗菌离子膜对阴道深部喷雾，时间为60天，将治疗前与治疗后的临床表现进行对比、评价。结果：使用阴道冲洗后联合外用抗菌离子膜喷雾剂可保持阴道清洁，减少宫颈癌腔内放疗引起的腔内感染和阴道炎的发生，增加放疗效果。结论：阴道冲洗联合外用抗菌离子膜喷雾剂对宫颈癌腔内放疗具有有效性，可在临床推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical application of cervical carcinoma brachytherapy with vaginal douching and topical antibacterial ion membrane spray. Methods： After vaginal douching of 30 patients with need of cervical carcinoma brachytherapy, the antibacterial ion membrane was used to the deep vaginal spray, the time of therapy is 60 days, the clinical signs and symptoms were observed before, during and after treatment. Results： The use of vaginal douching and topical antibacterial ion membrane spray is propitious to keep the vagina clean, reduce the cavity infections caused by cervical carcinoma brachytherapy and the occurrence of vaginitis, and increase the efficacy of radiotherapy. Conclusion： Combined vaginal douching topical antimicrobial caustic spray brachytherapy for cervical cancer has validity in clinical use.
