MRI诊断胃肠道间质瘤的结果及病理组织学特点分析

MRI diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor findings and histopathologioal characteristics analysis

【摘要】目的：探析MRI诊断胃肠道间质瘤的结果及病理组织学特点。方法：选取我院胃肠科收治的55例胃肠道间质瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，实验组患者使用MRI方法检查，对照组采用超声方法检查。对比两组患者病理组织学结果，比较两种检查方法的准确率。结果：MRI检查胃肠道间质瘤的准确率（96．6796）显著高于超声检查方法检查胃肠道间质瘤的准确率（72．00％）（P〈0．05）。此外，胃肠道间质瘤患者的胃部病灶明显多于肠部以及回盲部病灶（P〈0．05）。结论：MRI诊断胃肠道间质瘤的结果不但具有较高的准确性，而且具有相对的精准性，具有广阔的临床应用价值。

Objective： To study the results of MRI diagnosis and histopathological characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods： Division of Gastroenterology between our hospital treated 55 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients as research subjects were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group of patients using MRI method to check the control group method using ultrasound examination. Histopathological results compare two groups of patients, comparing the accuracy of the two methods.Results：MRI check the accuracy of gastrointestinal stromal tumors （96.67%） was significantly higher than ultrasound method to check the accuracy of gastrointestinal （72.00%） stromal tumors （P 〈 0.05）. In addition, patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors of the stomach and intestinal lesions were more than ileocecal lesions （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：MRI diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors result not only has high accuracy, and with relative precision, have broad clinical applications.
