达州市无偿献血人群状况分析

Dazhou blood donors condition analysis

【摘要】目的：了解达州市无偿献血人群分布特点，为献血招募提供依据。方法：对2010年至2014年142726人次无偿献血者性别、年龄、职业、文化程度等资料进行统计学分析比较。结果：达州市无偿献血人群主要来源于18—25岁、26—35岁年龄段，占50．14％，但近5年这两个年龄段献血者比例呈逐年下降趋势；以自由职业献血者居多；初中及以下学历所占比例较大；男性高于女性，男女比例为1．30：1。结论：根据无偿献血人群状况，制定科学合理的招募方案，有效地招募固定无偿献血者，建立一支稳定的献血者队伍，为临床提供安全充足的血液。

Objective：To know the characteristics of the volunteer blood donors＇distribution in Dazhou and to provide foundations for blood recruitment.Method： Make statistical analysis and comparison among the gender, age, profession, degree of education and so on of the 142726 blood donors from 2010 to 2014.Result： The main blood resourse in Dazhou is from the people aged 18 - 25 and 26-35, taking a percentage of 50.14%, however, in recent 5 years the ratio of this group keeps going down; the freelance is the biggest donating group; people who are below Junior school education level are the mian donating group; male donors are more than female ones, and the ratio is 1.30：1 .Conclusions： The scientific and reasonable blood recruitment should be based on the real situation of the volunteer donating group, a steady blood donating team can be built up through effective blood recruiting,and enough blood for the clinical use can be ensured.
