鱼腥草多糖抗土豆氧化的活性研究

摘要 指出了鱼腥草为我国传统中药材,其抗菌、消炎的功效在临床上得到了广泛的认可和应用。经研究发现,多糖是鱼腥草主要活性成分之一。以鱼腥草多糖为主要研究对象,探讨了野生及种植鱼腥草多糖抗土豆氧化的功效。目的:通过鱼腥草多糖抗土豆氧化的研究,寻找效果较好抗氧化条件,为鱼腥草的抗氧化能力及土豆的抗氧化研究提供参考资料。方法:对野生及种植鱼腥草多糖的浓度、浸泡时间、浸泡液温度单因素实验考察及三因素的正交试验考察,得出最佳的实验方案。结果:在相同条件下种植鱼腥草多糖的抗土豆氧化能力比野生鱼腥草多糖的抗土豆氧化能力强,并最终确定了最佳的实验方案为多糖浓度12mg/mL,浸泡时间40min,浸泡液温度40℃抗土豆氧化最佳。 As a traditional Chinese Medicine, the antibacterial and anti--inflammatory effect of Houttuynia cordata has been widely recognized and applied in clinic. The study finds that the polysaccharide is one of the mare active ingredients of Houttuynia cordata. Taking the polysaccharide as the main obiect of study, the article studies the anti --potato oxidant effect of the polysaccharide in wild and cultivated Houttuynia cordata. Through the research, the article aims to find out a better oxidation conditions and provide some references for the study of antioxidant ability of potatoes and Houttuynia cordata. Through the single factor test of wild and cultivated Houttuynia cordata's polysaccharide concentration, soaking time and soaking temperature as well as the orthogonal test of the three factors, the article figures out the optimal experimental scheme. The results indicate that the polysaccharide's anti-- potato oxidant ability of cultivated Houttuynia cordata is better than that of the wild under the same conditions. In addition, the article ultimately determines the optimal experimental scheme for the best anti--potato oxidation, which shows that the concentration of the polysaccharide is 12mg/ml, soaking time is 4, minutes and soaking temperature should be 40℃.
