摘要
针对某中性浸出地浸矿山水冶车间的水冶工艺流程,使用故障假设分析方法对工艺流程进行了安全分析,识别水冶工艺流程存在的潜在危险因素,并针对其发生的原因提出了相应的对策措施。在此基础上,绘出了排故流程图,使工人在系统发生故障时能够迅速找出故障并及时处理,从而确保系统的安全运行。
According to a neutral workshop of in--situ leaching mining hydrometallurgy process, fault hypothesis a- nalysis method is used to analyze the safety of technological process. The article identifies the potential risk factors of technological process then analyzes the causes and the corresponding countermeasures. On this basis, the article draws a flow chart of troubleshooting so that workers can quickly find out the fault in system and find out the solution in time, which ensures the safety operation of the system.
