摘要
从生态产业链构建中稳定性和资源产出率的关系入手,综合比较了国内外对于资源产出率计算方法的优劣,总结了提高资源产出率的4种具体途径和生态产业链稳定性的4个影响因素,以合肥市高新区生态工业园为例,从资源产出率和生态环境两个方面选取17个指标建立了耦合度指标体系,采用熵值法来确定权重,并利用线性加权法对资源产出率和生态环境综合指数进行测度,通过耦合度结果对产业链稳定性进行分析,使产业链耦合度从2009年的0.21到2012年逐步提升到了0.62,生态工业园区生态产业链的稳定性在资源产出率提高后有明显改观。
Starting from the relationship between the stability and resource output rate in the construction of ecological industrial chain, the article comprehensively compares the merits of method for calculating the output rate abroad and at home, and then summarizes four factors affecting the stability and four specific ways to improve the output rate. Taking Hefei High--tech Industrial Park for example, the article selects 17 indicators from the aspects of resource output rate and ecological environment to establish the coupling system. The article adopts entropy evaluation method to determine the weight and uses linear weight method to measure the yield of resources and ecological environment comprehensive index. Through the analysis of the Stability of industrial chain based on the results, the article finds out that the industrial chain's coupling degree increases from 0.21 to 0.62 between 2009 and 2012. The ecological stability of the eco--industrial park improves a lot after the resource output rate has significantly improved.
