阿德福韦酯片治疗老年失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化的效果观察

Effect of Adefovir dipivoxii tablets on elderly patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis

目的探讨阿德福韦酯片对老年失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者的临床治疗效果。方法选择来宾市人民医院2012年7月至2014年4月收治的86例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组43例，对照组行常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用阿德福韦酯片治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93．02％，对照组为74．42％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在老年失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者的治疗过程中，阿德福韦酯片能够有效减缓病情进展，提高治疗效果，同时能减少并发症的发生率，具有较高的安全性，值得，临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Adefovir dipivoxil tablets on elderly patients with decom- pensated liver cirrhosis of hepatitis B. Methods Eighty-six patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis in people＇ s hospital of Laibin from July 2012 to April 2014 were ehosed as the research objects, they were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated by routine therapy, and patients in observation group were treated with Adefovir dipivoxil tablets on the basis of routine therapy, the curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group and control group was 93.02% and 74. 42%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions In the course of treatment of elderly patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis of hepatitis B, for Adefovir dipivoxil tablets can effectively slow down the progress of the disease, improve the treatment effect, and reduce the incidence of complications, with higher safety, and is worthy of clinical application.
