依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑出血疗效观察

Efficacy of edaravone combined with shuxuetong on acute cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨依达拉奉联合疏血通在急性脑出血患者中的治疗效果，为临床诊疗提供参考。方法将商丘市第一人民医院2011年1月至2013年12月收治的确诊为急性脑出血的220例患者作为观察对象，根据入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组110例。在常规治疗的基础上，观察组采用依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗，对照组仅采用疏血通治疗，比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后第2周、2个月的NHISS评分及临床效果。结果两组患者治疗前NHISS评分比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后2周、2个月NHISS评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容较治疗前均降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗有效率为93．6％，对照组为80．9％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑出血的效果优于单用疏血通治疗，可显著提高脑出血患者的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone combined with shuxuetong on patients with acute cer- ebral hemorrhage, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods From January 2011 to December 2013, 220 patients diagnosed with acute cerebral hemorrhage were chosen as the observed objects ; according to the order of admission, they were divided into observation group and control group with 110 cases in each group. On the basis of con- ventional treatment, observation group received edaravone combined with shuxuetong therapy, the control group only re- ceived shuxuetong treatment. The NHISS scores and clinical effects before treatment, the first two weeks, two months after treatment were compared. Results Two groups of patients before treatment showed no significant difference in NHISS score（ P 〉 0. 05 ） , after 2 weeks of treatment, two months, there was significant difference in NHISS score（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Af- ter treatment, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte hematocrit decreased compared with before treatment, the differences were significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate in observation group was 93.6% , and 80. 9% in the control group, the difference was significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The effect of edaravone combined with shuxuetong on a- cute cerebral hemorrhage is better than shuxuetong, which can significantly improve the clinical outcomes of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
