自卸车发动机舱内热流场分析及优化 被引量:6

摘要 自卸车发动机舱为半开放式,且舱内散热负荷大,为避免发动机舱内散热不足、局部热害等问题,结合实车测试与CFD仿真方法分析了舱内热流场散热特性,分析结果表明,发动机舱内风扇罩上部边缘处的回流和紧贴甲板的流动会导致舱内上部热源散热不足。在甲板上增加一组导流板,基于Kriging近似模型方法对其布局进行优化后,舱内热流场得到改善,流向上部热源的冷却气流增加了13.8%,空气温度高于370K的高温区域显著减小。 The engine compartment of mining dump-truck is semi-open and its radiating load is large. To avoid insufficient cooling and local heat damage, heat flow field thermal property in engine compartment was analyzed by combination of real vehicle test and CFD method. The analyses show that,the reflux at the top edge of fan's cover and a large amount of air flowing close to the deck gener- ate the insufficient cooling of the upper heat sources, thus, a group of deflectors are added on the deck, and more the deflectors layout optimization is carried out based on Kriging approximate model meth- od. Then,the air flow in the compartment is improved, the air flow volume towards the upper heat sources increases by 13.8%, the area where air temperature is higher than 370 K is reduced significantly.
