摘要
分析了炮孔装药爆破时水炮泥的受力情况,利用爆破理论和应力波理论,对水炮泥填塞作用机理及其在孔内的运动规律进行了分析。基于水炮泥填塞的模型试验,通过对水炮泥合理填塞长度的选取进行试验研究,并对试验模型表面和底面裂纹扩展情况作统计分析,得出了合理的水炮泥填塞长度为7.0~8.5 cm,根据BCM模型,认为裂纹扩展至自由面的时间为合理的破岩时间,由此建立了合理的填塞长度计算公式,计算得出的合理填塞长度为7.75 cm。最后将实验值与理论计算值进行对比分析,试验值与理论计算值较吻合,证明了试验模型具有一定的合理性。
The forces of water stemming in charged hole was discussed. According to blasting theory and stress wave theory,the stemming mechanism and movement behavior of stemmed material in borehole were also analyzed. Based on the model test of water stemming, the blasting experiment on the selection of reasonable water-stemming length was carried out ,and the crack propagation characteristics on the sample surface and bottom were statistically dis- cussed. The reasonable length of water-stem was obtained as 7.0 - 8.5 cm. According to BCM model ,the time of crack propagation to the free surface is known as reasonable rock blasting time, then the calculation formula of reasonable length of stemming was set up, and the calculated reasonable length of water stemming was 7.75 cm. Finally, the exper- imental value was compared with theoretical calculation value,which fitted the theoretical calculation value well.
